Order Form

For imprinted postcards, allow approximately 10 working days for postcards to be printed, once we receive your approval of the postcard proof. Postcards will be shipped via UPS ground, unless rush delivery is requested (call for pricing). Monthly Postcards in which we do the mailing for you will be sent approximately the 15th of the month. We must have received from you all necessary information and images 4-6 weeks prior to the date you want the postcards to arrive at their destination.

While we accept responsibility for the postcards being delivered to the post office, we cannot accept responsibility if your perception is that the postcards were not received at each address on your mailing list.

We can store and mail your cards for you using our Standard Presort mail permit! There is no list input fee if provided on disk or electronically, but manual entry will require an additional charge.

$35 setup fee on imprinted cards (waived for orders over 400 postcards per month or orders using bulk mailing).

If you have a Standard Presort mailing permit and we are shipping you the postcard order directly, we can imprint your Standard Presort mailing information on the cards.

Success Concepts Will:

• Fax you proofs for your final approval prior to imprinting.
• Store your personalized cards.
• Input and clean your list (assuring maximum delivery).
• Ink Jet your outgoing addresses.
• Deliver to the Post Office for mailing.

All orders must include clear concise information. Double check your order to avoid mistakes and delays. It is your responsibility to check proofs for accuracy. Faxed proofs must be OK'd by you prior to imprinting the postcards. Delays in proofing or changes requiring additional proofs will delay delivery of your order. Non-error changes in the proofs will cost $20 per alteration. All orders lacking complete information, including logos and photos, will be placed on hold until we receive the missing items. No refunds will be given after order has been confirmed.

Logos and Photos:

• Logos must be camera-ready or in an electronic format. Photocopies and faxes are not accepted.
• Sharp-focus photos reproduce the best.
• The background should be clean and free of distractions.
• Digital images should be approximately 400 dpi for 1 1/2" square.
• Do not staple your photos.
• Do not send negatives.
• Do not fold image.
• No images larger than 8x10.
• Avoid using business cards for photo or logo. Generally, business cards do not scan well.
• Select your photos carefully. The quality of the photo will affect the quality of the reproduction.
