About Us

Success Concepts Online, Inc., formerly known as C/T Concepts, Inc., was founded in 1988 by Catherine Turner. The business was started in Chicago, where the company's largest client base still exists today. Since then, the corporate headquarters have been relocated to Denver, CO, although we work with thousands of clients throughout all regions of the country.

One of the things that makes us unique is that we have an in-house creative department and we manufacture our own unique greeting card lines. This not only allows us to keep our prices surprisingly affordable, it also allows us to create any customized pieces that may be requested.

We don't claim to be all things to all people, and we can only do as good of a job keeping your clients loyal as you have done establishing a trustworthy relationship with them in the first place. Our passion for excellence in quality and attention to detail, however, will provide the extension of the image you want to portray to those clients, that of professionalism and top-quality client service.
