REAL ESTATE GREETING CARD FOLLOW-UP

There is a one-time sign-up fee of $25.00 for you to enroll in our follow-up program. Our 10-card program is $36.50 per client for the entire 3 years of service. There is a minimum order of 10. We suggest you prioritize enrollment of those clients who have closed more than 2 years ago, since statistics prove that those clients are most likely ready to buy or sell again right now. Our 12 years of experience has proven that those agents who enroll more complete past client lists (all past clients with whom you've done business in the past 10 years) will receive the most immediate return on their investment.

The NAR reports that 89% of homeowners cannot remember the name of the agent that sold them their home only one year after the sale, while 50% can't remember the company with which they were associated. This means you could be losing up to 89% of your past clients by not adequately keeping in touch!
